Delete App Data

You can request deletion of data associated with Campus Core account linking, Messenger support or Facebook community events. คุณสามารถขอลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับการผูกบัญชี Support และกิจกรรม Social ได้

How to request deletion

  1. Open the official Campus Core Messenger conversation using the button below.
  2. Send the message Delete my data or ลบข้อมูลของฉัน.
  3. If requested, confirm the linked Game ID or other account detail needed to verify that the request belongs to you. Do not send your game password.
  4. We will acknowledge the request, review the linked records, and remove or anonymize eligible app data. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days.

What can be deleted

Eligible account-link records, community-event participation records, support metadata and identifiers used specifically for this app can be removed or anonymized after verification.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, completed financial transactions, dispute handling or legal obligations. Where possible, retained records are minimized.
