Campus Core Terms of Service

Creating a Game ID requires accepting these Terms and acknowledging the Privacy Notice. Optional promotional messages are not a condition of registration.
1. Account and security
Your Game ID is used to play Campus Core. Keep passwords and recovery details secure, and do not access another person's account without permission. Contact Support about suspicious activity; staff will never request your password or one-time code.
2. Connections and supported devices
Currently, up to 3 accounts may be online simultaneously per public IP, subject to approved exceptions. Shared household or dormitory networks may reach this limit; contact Support if blocked. Android emulators such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox and MuMu are not supported. On PC, use the official Campus Core Windows Client.
3. CBT and OBT test periods
During CBT, game balance and features may change, maintenance may occur, and some data or progress may be reset before OBT. Progress from CBT is not guaranteed to carry over in full. Material changes will be announced through official channels. CBT rewards and benefits follow the published event rules.
4. Shop and digital items
Before purchase, review the price, item details, duration and delivery terms. Contact Support with your order number for missing items or payment errors. Refunds and corrections follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Staff will never ask for a password or one-time code to verify payment.
5. Personal information and privacy
Campus Core processes information needed for registration, service delivery, account security, transactions and player support. Our Privacy Notice at /privacy explains how data is collected, used and shared and describes your rights. Registration does not automatically opt you in to marketing.
6. Minors, rule changes and contact
Minors should review these terms with a parent or guardian and obtain any permission required by applicable law. We may update these terms as the game and services develop and will communicate material changes through official channels. Contact Support at ran-cc.com/support.
7. Fair play and safety
Campus Core is an MMORPG where PK, competition for territory and player wars are part of the game. Staff will not intervene in ordinary in-game competition or conflicts simply because one side loses or is disadvantaged. Cheating, intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities or modifying the client for an unfair advantage is prohibited, as are account theft, real-money fraud, staff impersonation, disclosure of private information and serious threats or harassment. We review relevant facts and evidence before taking action for a breach of these terms. Players may contact Support to request a review.
